Toilette ist ein wichtiger Punkt und bevor der n\u00e4chste Womo-K\u00e4ufer viel Geld ausgibt erz\u00e4hle ich Genaueres.<\/p>\n<p>Pinkeln tue ich mit dem Easy Pee. Das ist ein Trichter aus Plastik. Ich lege mir also ein Tuch \u00fcber\u00a0die heruntergelassenen Hosen (sicher ist sicher) und sitze auf der Bettkante oder einer Stuhlkante. Dann kommt ans Ende des Trichters eine leere Wasserflasche. So pinkelt man. Bin ich fertig, wickle ich etwas Toilettenpapier um den Trichter und lege das in das Tuch, welches ich aufh\u00e4nge. Geh ich zur richtigen Toilette, dann wasche ich den Trichter.<\/p>\n<p>Heute habe ich auch noch die wartungsfreie Toilettentechnik entwickelt. Ich lege einfach 4 Lagen Zeitungspapier in mein Portapotti und mache nur \u201edick\u201c. Das Papier falte ich dann etwas zusammen und lege es in einen Plastiksack, den ich zukn\u00f6pfe. Fertig und sauber! Es ist nicht wirklich prickelnd neben einer stinkenden Toilette zu schlafen, bzw. mag ich den Geruch der chemischen Toilette nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Schlafen:<br \/>\nEs ist mir nicht wirklich gegeben 9 Stunden am St\u00fcck zu schlafen. Fr\u00fcher schlief ich 5-7 Stunden.\u00a0Aber egal wann ich ins Bett gehe, ich wache immer 8:01 auf. Zuhause hilft mir die Katze, die das nat\u00fcrlich erlickt hat und so schreit sie sp\u00e4testens 8:05 Zeter und Mordio.<br \/>\nSo wache ich halt mehrere Male in der Nacht auf und drehe mich, pinkle ev. und versuche nicht zu sehr ins Gr\u00fcbeln zu kommen, sonst werde ich wirklich wach.<\/p>\n<p>Essen:<br \/>\nIch mache mir am Morgen 2 Kaff\u00e9es, den einen in einen Isolierkrug. Essen tu ich meist sp\u00e4ter, ein Rest Brot oder 2 Joghurt. Je nach Drang auf Toilette gehe ich dann noch unterwegs einen Kafi trinken. Eine weitere Mahlzeit besteht aus wieder Brot oder sonstwas vom Stand Gekauftes, eine besteht aus was Warmem, z.B, Pizza, Teigwaren oder einer lokalen Spezialit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Bitte n\u00e4chsten Beitrag noch lesen, heute gibt es n\u00e4mlich ausnahmsweise 2 Beitr\u00e4ge.
