Wir haben entsorgt, reduziert, und uns auf das N\u00f6tigste beschr\u00e4nkt. Aber wir haben auch viel Neues gekauft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neu haben wir nun noch die hoffentlich letzten Teile unserer Ausr\u00fcstung gekauft &#8211; n\u00e4mlich neue Helme mit Sprecherverbindung und eine GopPro Kamera. Das Tolle an diesem Helm ist auch, dass er direkten Sprechfunk hat, man kann also w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt ganz normal miteinander reden.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dieser Webseite (gemacht mit WordPress) kann ich keine gr\u00f6sseren Videos einbetten. Dazu muss ich \u00fcber Youtube gehen. Also die Videos dort hochladen und hier dann verlinken. Alternativ kann man das dann auch bei WhatsApp und Facebook so machen. Man kann auch bei Youtube direkt unseren Kanal abonnieren, bzw. direkt dort unsere Videos ansehen. Aber hier werde ich euch die jeweiligen Videos vorstellen und kommentieren. Und das bleibt l\u00e4nger als bei WhatsApp und es k\u00f6nnen auch alle Leute das sehen und nicht nur unsere FacebookFreunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darf ich jetzt also die ersten Filmchen vorstellen? Fritz hat sie aufgenommen und geschnitten und etwas pr\u00e4sentabel gemacht. Manchmal sagt ein Video mehr als viele Worte. Das ist ein Via Verde, also eine vom spanischen Staat freigegebene ehemalige Bahnstrecke, die wundersch\u00f6n mit dem Fahrrad zu befahren ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Fahrradtour nach Benicassim\" width=\"625\" height=\"469\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/payWzrhXEgw?start=83&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Das zweite Video zeigt unser Hallenbad, wo jeweils am Morgen unser Aquafit stattfindet. Wir wollen ja fit bleiben und nutzen die jeweiligen Sportangebote. Ich gehe alternativ ins Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, LatinDance oder Aquafit. Dazu viel Radfahren, wandern und einmal pro Woche dann noch Physiotherapie, wo mir Belen die alten Verspannungen wegdr\u00fcckt. Das ist zwar schmerzhaft, aber jetzt sind meine Bewegungen viel freier und leichter.
